About Me

I’m a policy analyst based in Athens, specialising in the Caucasus and Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regions. My work spans policy, political risk, and OSINT analysis, as well as research, political consulting, strategic communication, speechwriting, and due diligence. I hold a BA in International, European, and Area Studies from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, and a Master of Letters (MLitt) in Middle East, Caucasus & Central Asia Security Studies from the University of St Andrews.

I currently work in the private sector and lead the Middle East Research Group at the Institute of International Relations (IDIS). Previously, I served as an adviser to a member of the Hellenic Parliament and conducted research for the Washington Institute for Defence and Security (WIDS).

My writing has appeared in Newsweek, The Hill, Stars and Stripes, Middle East Online, and other international and Greek outlets. I’ve also provided commentary for The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, BBC, The Times, and a range of think tanks, media platforms, and podcasts.

In 2024, I published my first book on Greek-Armenian relations and have contributed to four co-authored volumes.
